Since litigation is used as a last resort, we exhaust all collection efforts prior to the account being reviewed for possible litigation.

 This philosophy defines our beliefs and allows our staff to make competent decisions on the client’s behalf.

 We understand that when we enter a “Partnership” with a client we have accepted the responsibility to make the absolute best decision's possible.
